Dart Valley Cottages

Lovely home to stay in, in a beautiful village.

Four of us stayed in 2 De Courcey House, Dartmouth at the end of April. It was absolutely ideal for our needs; central, on the flat and with one dedicated parking space. We had 2 cars, but in many areas there were no parking restrictions before 1st May. The flat is in walking distance of various foot ferries and boat trips and a wide variety of cafes, pubs and restaurants. With a well equipped kitchen, it was our choice whether to eat in or out. A large M&S food hall was on the doorstep. May 2023. The facilities inside the flat are excellent.

Stayed at The Nook Dittisham cosy well presented cottage with lovely views of the Dart from patio. Great having a parking spot too. Would highly recommend

This delightfully furnished cottage is very comfortable and perfect for pooches. The view of the Estuary from the garden is sumptuous and is matched well with your favourite nibbles and wine. Dont forget you can leave your car at the car park on the levels and walk into Dartmouth on the Agatha Christie estate side of the Estuary after a 2 minute ferry to the quay opposite. Book your ferry ride back from Dartmouth with Dittisham ferries and settle into local life at the FBI pub. No ones designated driver. We will be back. Thank you!

Stayed at Bank in the centre of Dartmouth which is managed by Dart Valley Cottages. We had a lovely week. The property was very nice and the location was superb for being in the middle of Dartmouth but also for being able to explore surrounding areas easily. Minor confusion over parking at the begginning of the holiday which was clarified quickly once I made contact with Dart Valley Cottages.
