As a shareholder I am so angry with Pennon right now. They send share certificates via normal royal mail, when they go missing, I am now liable to pay 100's to replace them?!. The ironic thing is I send them a complaint letter and they don't receive the complaint letter either. Talk about double standards / trying to extort as much from anyone they deal with. You would expect them to be ashamed, no they couldn't care less.

Totally incompetent. I experienced 10 months of bungling and uselessness as they chased me for money, threatening to take me to court and cut off my water supply, even though they have now finally admitted I don't owe them a penny. Do not trust or even use this company if you can avoid them
