What a disappointment avoid.... Jane was asked to fit a curtain pole. When I asked if I could Hang thermal velvet curtains she confirmed it was not possible as she had used normal rawl plugs.... It's a large window. I have gained a second opinion today the wall is plasterboard she used the wrong rawl plugs so the pole is at high risk of falling down and not fit for its purpose to hang curtains. When I questioned Jane about this she confirmed moving the curtains can normally dislodge rawl plugs and this is normal. I am sure those with curtains do not have to worry that using than will risk then falling down. Furthermore Jane confirmed that heavy fittings cannot be assembled to a plaster board wall. I have a large mirror in my lounge which needs 2 strong men to lift which was successfully hung by a professional who has unfortunately moved out of area there have been no issues with this mirror for 3 years. I'm annoyed that I have wasted my money and need to get somebody else out to correct her work. Curtain pole not hung level either so can't use it regardless of incorrect rawl plugs. Not good enough. Thankfully she states she is insured so we will claim if more expensive repairs are required to the plaster board.
