        First couple of times I went here, it was good. I didn't go in with a specific style in mind but just made sure to be clear I wanted a trim and layering, and they did a very good job with it. The third and last time I went, I gave the same request for layers, and they didn't give me any by the end. I asked again, and went two quick times with the thinning scissors and refused to do anymore. I know how my hair looks if it hasn't been layered thoroughly and was not happy at all with it, but I didn't want to argue so I quietly paid and left. I don't know if it's because they were under strict time restraints, or because I'm male they don't set as much time aside for me, but I didn't mind paying more for them to take longer and actually give me what I want.
