        I've been visiting V & M for over 8 years. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I've had cuts and colours done at V & M, all of which I've been pleased with. I find that their stylists are very skilled and always take my views in to consideration. They use and sell lovely products too. I particularly like to have Natalie do my hair as she knows just how I like it and I enjoy our chats. I've had some really positive comments about my hair since Natalie started cutting it a little shorter for me at my request.

        Really not happy with the job done after I explained very specifically what I wanted. The stylist continued to do whatever she thought I meant without checking or consulting with me if I was happy with her understanding or decisions. Total hack job was the result and I am very dissatisfied and upset. I feel very disappointed with this salon. Service: Hairstyling
