Went there for a perm and I shall I say it was a perfect experience! Gail was patient, knowledgeable and accommodating, from wash, cut to perm, there was never a moment that I felt ignored or bored. She did a great job with my hair and I must say that I've never been more happy with my hair!

Gail has permed my hair twice now and I'm absolutely in love with it! Gail really listens to me and always takes the time to explain the perm process to me in detail , and also explains the aftercare so that I can get the most out of my perms. I have naturally straight hair and had never had a perm before coming to Gail, but I will definitely be going back to her for more perms in the future - fantastic service and always lovely conversation ! Gail did my hair three months ago now and it still looks amazing. She explained every stage of the process, is so easy to get along with, and did a fantastic job. I asked Gail to take my natural curls and waves and then perm it so I didnt have to faff around with unruly hair. Gail has been cutting & styling my hair for over 20 years and my 3 daughters hair since they were little.
