You know when you get your hair cut and it's ok but you dont love it, well I randomly went to essentials, have had my hair cut twice there by Charlotte and now I love my hair again instead of being irritated by it! I told her exactly what I wanted, she listened and did an excellent job. I have short, fine hair so it has to be good. I honestly haven't loved LOVED my hair cut for a few years so I am definitely not going anywhere else any time soon
