        The best gym in Exeter. PFP breeds a culture of high performance training through James's excellent leadership, knowledge and attitude. Range of equipment is second to none for strength sports, particularly weightlifting and powerlifting. Recent investments in calibrated plates and Weightlifting House bars have elevated the facility alongside the purchase of a Wattbike. I would train nowhere else.

        Recently started back up at the gym and thought I'd try PFP as the locations are helpful and I like the 24 hours access. Everyone's been very welcome and you're not made to feel awkward or self conscious at all, even as a newbie! James is always helpful whenever I've needed and they have a good range of equipment to use. I'd give a sixth star just for Murphy if I could!
