        I was very disappointed that due to the train strikes I was unable to go and stay at the b and b and was told that I could not reschedule my dates. I understand that it was late notice and it was a non refundable booking but I would have thought that given the financial circumstances and stresses of today's lives a rearrangement could have been made. I was absolutely distraught that I couldn't go as I needed the rest and to meet up with my poorly friend who can't travel on buses, something that was out of our control. Now I'm left being 71 out of pocket and no future date to look forward to.
