        I see the other reviews about helpful staff and great service - I believe this used to be true, in the past. However, I tried to make a purchase before Christmas '21 and was told I need to open an account, and for that I need to come back after Christmas. Waited a week into January '22 to open an account, only to be told that nobody can open an account anymore. I get through 4,000-5,000L annually, and the most convenient and best priced local gas supplier has sod all interest in selling gas! Very disappointing from a formally good company. This is not bad service - this is no service. What the hell is going on?!

        Very helpful and friendly! Sorted me out with a new regulator and bottle of gas, loaded into my car. Great staff, super helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks!

        Didn't deliver when we had empties to swap in December then "forgot" to deliver our order in February so we ran out of gas. Then when they finally arrived 3 weeks later they only changed out 2 of the 4 empties. Wouldn't offer an emergency delivery and suggested I come collect some bottles.
