I recently used Templar Freight Services to help me ship items because I moved from the UK to Malaysia. I contacted them because I was struggling to get a clear quote from lots of the big companies. When they did reply their emails were generic and it was clear questions were not being read. I was living in Exeter so I Googled for a local company. Up popped Templar Freight and I never looked back. Michael Clarke managed my shipping from the UK to Malaysia. He responded personally to my emails and, honestly, I paid significantly less than I was quoted from the major shipping companies, who seemed to add opaque and arbitrary charges. I thoroughly recommend Templar Freight Services for shipping and moving. Outstanding customer service and a great all round product.

He helped where he could, answered my countless mails friendly and immediately (any time). Whenever I need transport again, I would go with this splendid service again. Many thanks!

I had to ship a few boxes from England to Singapore and went with Templar because they could do it door-to-door and allowed foodstuff and cosmetics in the cargo (barring flammables like perfume and aerosols). I corresponded with Michael mainly through email and he always replied quickly and helpfully, even after hours. The total charge was lower than originally quoted, based on the actual weight of my cargo (yay!). I was impressed that the whole process of collection to delivery took just four working days, with the final delivery made by DHL. I have to take off a star because my pressure cooker came out dented despite its carton marked Fragile, and I cant make any claims because I did the packing myself. Still, I am happy with the quick, efficient service which came at a reasonable price. The main suggestion I have is to consider giving the customer all the required info (e.g. system of charging, packing restrictions and documentation, insurance policies) proactively instead of releasing it question by question, which I think would save some time and peace of mind.
