        Really impressed with the service - called today to book an appointment and was called back within an hour to have my contraception sorted. Amy (I think was her name!) was an amazing nurse who was really understanding and explained everything so well

        I called today and instead of booking the appointment(its not urgent I just need appointment that need to be face to face) but that is not possible I did it just in October and everything was fine and now I have to call back in yen morning? Who come up with this stupid system.

        The new telephone service is ridiculous. I've been coming for years. Never had such difficulty getting a phonecall beforehand. "sorry can't complete your call" and then it just ends. I start work at 7am I havent got time to mess about with system that doesn't work well.
