        Bought some shoes from Chatham Marine in Autumn 2019. However, when I wore them for the first time, I realised there was a hole in the side of the shoes - a factory fault. I spoke to Chatham Marine customer service, but despite sending photos and my receipt, they would not replace my shoes or refund the money. Poor customer service - would not recommend.

        Great shoes and very friendly service, bought G2 shoes and when sole cracked, G2 guarantee was honoured with no problems. Will buy again.

        Aqua go shoes so so so comfy .. Not even expensive !! Put them on 3 daze ago .. still on .. What a fantastic shoe !!

        Bought a set of their G2 shoes. After 9 months and light wear eyelet came loose. Chatham. I registered their 2 year guarantee and sent back with their post paid service. A new set was delivered by return - no questions / no issues. Delighted with the shoes and even more so with the level of customer service.
