Ordered flowers for my daughter's 21st birthday as We could not be wth her and wanted her to have something from us before she went out for the day. On the 'special requests' section I asked for them to be delivered as early as possible in the day. When I spoke to my daughter at 10.30am, nothing had been delivered, and she was leaving the house. I rang Poppy's and was told that a big funeral order had to take precedence, and that my daughters flowers would be delivered at about 11.30am - no good as she was not it to receive them. This is obviously not 'as early as possible' and I was understandably very disappointed - Poppy's had my email address and telephone number, so why did they not contact me and let me know that an early delivery was not possible? My daughter finally got her flowers at 7.30pm. I would hesitate to order again from Poppy's - they obviously don't care as much for the smaller order and I would rather give my future business to someone who does.
