Ordered a family meal through deliveroo and when it arrived it was cold and missing my meal!!! I tried ringing the shop 50 times but no answer I have had to have toast for my tea the customer service is shocking to say the least. The food that arrived was cold and the fish was under cooked. I hope I get a refund for the food that didnt arrive. Getting a takeaway is supposed to be hassle free. This is anything but. Will not be ordering from here again
