Neothera is an absolutely fantastic larp system for new and experienced larpers. It has something for everyone as the combat, lore, role-play and community are some of the best Ive seen in fifteen years of larping. The people; players, monsters and refs are the friendliest bunch of people you could hope to meet and make everyone feel welcome and valued. Unlike the larger fest systems, where it is easy to feel like you are lost in the crowd, the Neothera team puts Huge amounts of effort into giving everyone the opportunity to be the hero and feel like part of the story. I can not overstate how impressed am with the quality of the experience Neothera provides all its players. The physreps and monster costumes are at a level you would expect of a MUCH larger system, being both impressive and terrifying to behold! I Highly Recommend you give Neothera a try!

Where do I even begin? Extremely fun, immersive and plenty for players both new and old to sink their teeth (or fangs in my case) into. The ruleset is well developed, allowing for you to feel powerful but never feel like you're invincible. The lore is highly fleshed out and they're very willing to let you do unique things (within reason). I've introduced 3 new players to it and they love it.

Such a rich background of culture and plot that makes me drive 5 hours from Norfolk to attend, I have crewed and played at the events and each time has left me brimming with happiness, the effort and time the organisers put in puts most larps to shame. A very happy player xx
