    Last weekend my partner and I went to the best planned wedding we'd ever been to, the detail was extraordinary and yet the organisation never felt intrusive. It was an amazing weekend from the start on Friday teatime until departure after breakfast on the Monday morning. Should I need to organise a wedding in the future I wouldn't hesitate to use this company and would also be prepared to change dates to get Rosie to be in.charge!

    Rosie was my wedding coordinator, but so much more than that! After getting most of the planning out of the way I met with Rosie and she suggested things I would never have thought of, which was so very helpful. Rosie also created a 'timing of the day' plan - based on her extensive experience - that was immensely useful. She stayed in touch over the months leading up to the wedding. The evening before the wedding we met to go through the plan. I had written up a huge list of questions/things to remember or plan and a very detailed plan of the day - however, almost every single question I had, Rosie had already thought of and arranged/had the answer/had already spoken to the vendors. I was amazed and instantly put at ease. I can't stress enough how good Rosie is at what she does. She literally thinks of everything. She spoke with the caterers, bar, venue owner, glamping company, celebrant etc and sorted everything without me needing to worry. She went above and beyond - even decorating the ceremony area when the previous plan didn't work! On the day of my wedding, the generator that powered the catering tent, lighting, band, toilets and bar broke... just before the ceremony! Rosie, not only managed to organise a whole new generator to be delivered *during* the wedding ceremony (so the guests didn't notice), but did it without worrying me/letting me know... AND was also, somehow, there to keep me calm before my walk up the aisle! That alone was invaluable to the day!! Rosie also captured moments on camera, both video and photo, that I never would have seen and I am so grateful for. Not only did Rosie coordinate each part of the day by organising people, moving things, setting up areas... she also helped in a big way (almost single-handedly) to tidy at the end of the night. Rosie also dealt with my moments of stress before the day with ease and grace (thank you Rosie!!). I like to think I'm a very organised person - but I can honestly say that without Rosie I can't imagine my wedding being the perfect day that it was. She is a true miracle worker. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that you would never regret hiring Rosie to help/organise/plan any event. Thank you Rosie, for being such a HUGE part of what was the perfect day - which you literally saved - I couldn't have done it without you!! Forever grateful, Ayla xx
