Good communication, well priced, good quality clothing and embroidery, and quick turn around from making the order to receiving the workwear. Would recommend.

Very quick, great service. Had some wording I wanted printed on a baby grow and was done within minutes.

Over 6 weeks from sending my order to receiving the product. Only to find that my large logo was not printed straight, and at an angle large enough for people to comment on when the tshirt being worn. That's OK I thought, I'm sure they'll sort it out. Sent an email and was told to take them in to the shop.. As a small business owner I don't have the time to make frequent trips in to Exeter, especially not just to show how badly a job has been done. I They should have been reprinted and collect replacements, of course taking in the badly printed items for exchange. So I send photographs with a right angled cardboard sheet as reference to the angled logo - and then get accused of manipulating the fabric to make it look wrong! A real shame because half of this order was fine despite the very long lead time. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, and this has to be the worst example I've come across in a very long time. So much for wanting to support a small local business.
