        I rang pro-tec regarding a fault with my lighting. He seemed to think it was a minor fault that would be soon repaired. An appointment was made for the thursday afternoon. A no show. Just before 5-0pm I left a message on his mobile but received no answer. I left another message on Friday morning but still didn`t get an answer. I feel that this was because he thought the job was too small to bother about. If I am correct would it not be better if his web site stated this.
