We are really pleased with our relationship with the Kodal team. We were looking for a team with expertise in CraftCMS and we found it! We were really pleased that Kodal wanted to do an upfront audit of our business and we werent put off by the cost to complete it. It seemed like a smart and strategic approach to get the Kodal team up-to-speed on our sites and identify any significant issues quickly so we could address those right away. The other thing I really like about Kodal is having dedicated people working on our business who are surrounded by other experts who can lend support and/or offer new and different insight. Having worked with a freelance consultant for a short time, we are already seeing the value in working with a team. Things move quicker and there are no bottlenecks. We are also looking forward to developing a true partnership approach and seeking out advice from the Kodal team. CraftCMS is still relatively new to our team, so I can see us leaning on the Kodal team for how to make the most of the program for our sites and our customers. We are a US-based business with an international team. We highly recommend the Kodal team to others looking for expertise and a business partner approach.
