Harmony recently installed us a new Shop Front. It was essential to us that the job was done in a day to keep the premises secure. Harmony were able to send a team of hard working fitters who arrived very early, completing the job ahead of schedule. From placing the order to getting the job done we were kept informed all the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Good quality windows and doors and really friendly, helpful, hardworking fitters. Cleaned up all of the mess. Didn't realise what a difference new windows and doors could make, I'm absolutely over the moon! Really good price as well as very professional. So glad I chose this company. Definitely recommend.

I received excellent service from start to finish from all persons with who I had contact. Compared to a number of other local companies I contacted initially, some who simply failed to respond to our requests for information. Harmony stand head and shoulders above them and I would not hesitate to recommend Harmony in the future.

I tried really hard to buy some bifold doors from them, but they were determined not to sell me any. They waited ages before responding to my emails and they even went so far as to not turn up to appointments at their own office. I was quite disappointed, but fortunately other local companies were pleased to talk to me instead. I wish they had just told me they didn't want my money right from the start rather than wasting my time.

Harmony Profiles Ltd (HPL) supplied and installed double-glazing at my house in 2014. They were paid c40,000 and I received their ten-year guarantee. In 2016, ground floor French doors proved to be so insecure that an opportunist burglar forced entry with his bare hands. HPL declined to assist. In 2018, a large (four square metre) sliding door exploded without cause. HPL told me they were not responsible for glass impurities and that breakages after installation were, in any case, excluded by their warranty. The following year a second sliding door failed in precisely the same manner. HPL again refused assistance. I obtained a County Court Judgment in 2020 and HPL were ordered to reimburse my costs. Whilst they eventually did so it was without grace, with no recognition of fault and no hint of an apology. My experience has been shameful. HPL had no regard for contractual responsibility and their attendant liability. Furthermore, their warranty amounted to little more than a disclaimer. Their belligerence suggests that lessons may not have been learned.
