Chased them 4 times for a quote that other companies turn around in minutes. Over a week and still no sight of a quote on the horizon. If they can't do the simple stuff, then I can't trust them to do the important bit. It's a shame because they are local and I did like the product.

Very good quality windows and bi-fold doors. The price was very competitive, but the "star of the show" is their customer service and after sales backup. I can't praise Exeter Trade Aluminium highly enough, they have been so much help. My project has been a total refurbishment of my home, carried out by Polish workers. Unfortunately their English (or lack of), and inability to read English instructions, led to several problems with my windows, which I have had to rectify. ETA have given me so much support, especially Phill Sturgess. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Friendly and approachable, helped with our decisions to get the best possible finish. Best price by hundreds that we found, and excellent communication throughout the entire process to ensure we got the product needed to comply with building regs. Highly recommended.

Excellent product and all round business. Staff go beyond the call of duty to ensure things go smoothly, very impressed with Phil who wrote a letter to Barclays Bank which was instrumental in me receiving a full refund for a scam which I had mistakenly paid.
