The Foxhayes Practice

Honestly the best gp practise there is. I have friends and family with other surgeries and the service with foxhayes is ten times better. I have an ongoing illness and having foxhayes care for me completely puts my mind at rest. The staff are always polite and any problems I have are dealt with quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

I approached Foxhayes surgery after failing to get any kind of appointment with my own surgery. I suffer with asthma and was finding my symptoms difficult to manage. After speaking to the lady on reception, Dr Bracey phoned me within an hour and spoke to me at length. He did an asthma review and prescribed me a new inhaler, which is excellent. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

The doctors and nurses have always been exceptionally good with my children, always listening, u understanding and taking my concerns serious. One particular occasion, I had spent 4 hours on the phone to NHS direct to be told my daughter was absolutely fine. Unhappy with this I took her to see Dr Rogojan at the foxhayes practice where she made my daughter feel totally relaxed, while she examined and prescribed antibiotics. Very happy with the service here.

An outstanding surgery. I have been registered with the Foxhayes practise for 18 years and feel privileged to be one of their patients. Foxhayes genuinely care about their patients, offering a very person centred service. GPs promptly reply to your E consults, when sending in an E consult I have never had to wait any longer than a 2 hours before a GP makes contact. Id like to add how helpful and understanding the reception staff are, nothing is ever too much trouble, to include the nurses and GPs.
