        I've been asking for an appointment to get my implant out since October (it's now January) and they either ignore me or tell me they'll call me back and then don't! It's sk frustrating:(

        I went to pinhoe surgery for the first time and I got seen to right on time. Dr Runa was really lovely, so friendly and professional. I felt like my appointment was not rushed and she carried out in depth checks for me. One of the best doctors I have ever seen.

        The best, kindest and nicest dr surgery my partner and I have ever been to. The receptionists are always helpful and weve never had a problem getting an appointment. Phone queues are to be expected at a dr surgery, but they happily take your number and call back later so you dont have to wait which is super helpful!
