Pathetic service !!! Totally unacceptable!!! Doctors are okay, but the reception stuff horrible . Completely horrible!!! Unfortunately Im stuck with this surgery because of my health condition .. Hopefully things will change in the future.

pathetic service ! Drs are great but the system used is not fit for purpose whoever runs this surgery maybe needs to change profession to running a pub in a brewery to begin with

Awful 1 month wait to see a gp, only then to find out they booked me somewhere else. Now have a to wait another month. In total a 2 month wait

I wouldnt recommend. They often ignore requests leaving you waiting ages for an appointment.

Very very unhelpful. doctors accept only on the phone for a given hour and so they call at what time they want stressing everyone and then they send messages that you do not answer. when calling she (pretended that they did not he says i can't hear and i'm screaming like hear a bad signal or they s he says i can't hear and i'm screaming like - one contradicts the other. terrible people work there aid that they were shouted at, which is already a lie and very disrespectful. I do not know why this clinic exists because it would certainly not help people and we pay taxes for such people.
