Honestly had no communication with the member of the prescription team member as she made me feel like I was in middle school... would not listen to a word I said, just what I had to do... totally disregarding my situation at the time.

So I phone yesterday make appointment to find out that at Thomas have took me off their books with out telling me or with out me tell to I am mad for them doing this It is not acceptable behaviour it is out of order I will take this further I won't be coming back

8 months to be referred for an allergy test. I dont know what I can eat and what not. Having called 3 different hospitals it appears that my referral was never made despite the surgery saying it was. Impossible to reach on the phone as the option numbers do not work when tapping them on keyboard. Poor patient care

Alot of waiting around and not a lot of answers. I would go to the reception desk and ask for help and they are very helpful and got my issue sorted straight away. Thankyou!
