I have been recieving Craniosacral therapy from Fumiaki for several months now and the results have been life-changing. Fumiaki is extremely knowledgeable about what the human body needs to heal as well as having very calming presence and being attentive to the needs of his clients. I'd highly recommend Fumiaki to anyone suffering with chronic pain, anxiety, stress, recovering from trauma or seeking more peace in their lives.

I have been very impressed by Fumiaki as a practitioner. He quickly establishes a sensitive rapport with his kind empathetic manner. He listens and responds in a non judgmental way to impart his wisdom, which I find empowering. I am looking forward to future sessions, as he gently guides me through his repertoire of experience.

I took my 13 year old son to see Fumiaki as my son had an ache in his back. Fumiaki is kind, professional and very personable. He has a wonderful way with connecting to people, whatever their age and circumstances. My son really enjoys his sessions with Fumiaki and his back is no longer aching. I too, had some sessions with Fumiaki and I have found my stress levels have vastly reduced since starting working with him. I highly recommend Fumiaki if you have any sort of problem with your back and also he works with stress and anxiety with the 3 Principles technique. Fumiaki is kind, gentle and respectful - a wonderful practioner.

I had some AT lessons several years ago but stopped because I didnt feel I was making much progress. Recently I decided to try again and found Fumiaki. I still cannot believe my luck. He has taken it to a whole new level. Fumiakis touch is magical. So light it almost feels like its not there at all, yet it completely transforms the way my body feels, and the way I feel about my body. I have a longstanding spinal condition that means that every part of me is misaligned, my internal organs are squashed, my neck and shoulders locked in a fierce clench, and my muscles strain to hold my body upright. The medical profession has never had anything to offer that was not totally dehumanising. They told me when I was 16 that I would be lucky to live beyond 40, but I am now in my late 60s. The fear and sense of shame they instilled in me has been far worse than any physical discomfort. In our sessions Fumiaki combines Alexander Technique with Craniosacral Therapy and it feels really, really good. So good I sometimes want to cry. By seemingly doing nothing at all (no massage or manipulation) he somehow manages to make all the tension melt away, creating a state of deep mental and physical relaxation that then allows him to gently work on my posture. I love the profound quietness and absolute focus he brings to the sessions and I feel completely safe, as though I am in the hands of a master practitioner. I come away feeling really energised and find myself floating through the week, moving more freely and efficiently in my everyday activities. I may never feel truly at ease in my twisted body, but since restarting AT with Fumiaki I am certainly able to look to the future (and old age) with new hope.

Fantastic AT training. It takes time to unlearn all those bad physical habits and Fumiaki is able to observe, diagnose and guide. All with a firm yet gentle touch and infinite patience. His Craniosacral therapy is a key part of a session and really helps you gain a deep relaxed state ready for the AT practice. I'm starting to feel the benefits after several months, both in daily activity and when playing the double bass.
