        The most useless company in the world. Paid for next day delivery on Wednesday and until today Friday I still not getting anything. Online staff are good but they cant help you that much. This system is. completely rubbish I am still waiting for my parcel; tracking number shows out for delivery at 10 until now 6pm nothing. Completely useless, dont know why the post office use them. While Royal Mail still alive .

        Very poor service.luz money because back to home for delivery 3:30-4:30 waiting for my tools for work. No budy coming to my house and 5 pm i checked on the Web site the parcel back to Exeter depot 4:12pm. Contacted to customer service they not help me and they don't know why it's not delivered. That the problem have second time with the Exeter depot. No happy and not recommended. Poor customer service to spend to much time to speak with someone. Think twice before ordering from them
