        Paid for next day delivery for an urgent item. 36h later, no parcel. Tracker shows it has sat in their warehouse for 15 hours

        Unhelpful staff at call centre. Quite abrasive and curt. They dont seem to want to deliver parcels. They dont offer any parcel tracking service, just out for delivery , hopeless.

        If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a lot of nursery furniture from baby and child store. No confirmation of delivery time. Delivery guy just turned up, called, obviously no one was in as we work full time and hadnt had a chance to arrange delivery. Called tuffnells to complain, no answer. Called baby store who arranged another delivery. Guy arrived. Put palette on path and refused to unload. Left my sister to unload a whole palette herself while he sat in his van. Said if no one was in her would have left all furniture in the pavement.
