I've been a client at this surgery 25 years never been any problems until now had not been able to go for over 2 years due to the covid. So finally get back to appointments and recently I have been diagnosed with cancer which hospital are dealing with so on arrival last week I wanted to speak to the dentist about the cancer treatment I'm going to recieve and was told you have to pay up front the old woman that came out was very rude and told me JUST PAY IT despite the fact I was 16 20 in credit , and refused to let me talk to dentist about my serious position I'm in so I walked out this old woman needs to learn to respect people problems I'm fuming about this treatment I have received from this dentist and now I'm without a dentist all because some old woman felt she was going to be awkward they still have my money and no one has bothered to contact me to find out why I have some serious operations to face this year and now I've no dentist is this the way to treat pensioners NO of course its not I hope everyone will see this report and something comes of it NOT NICE IS IT yours Terry Styles

Cracking experience from the off. A very friendly reception followed by ultra professional dentists. I am a big fan of the NHS and was delighted to receive top quality care and can heartily recommend the Cowick Street gang!
