Precision Pointing

Gavin & his team have recently worked on our house & coach house over a 5 week period. Gavin is very organised, professional & communicates well, starting our project on the scheduled date. Hes been openly honest with us about costings throughout, giving us up to date prices for requested additional work as we went along. Saying that, the prices for the quality of work are very reasonable. The team meticulously removed and replaced our pointing as well as worn out bricks, they problem solved issues with cracks in the brickwork. Areas around an archway were diligently restored along with the appearance of cracked brickwork above the windows. Three chimneys were also expertly restored. Its a messy job however the team made great efforts to clean up at the end of every day & at the end of the project. We have had several compliments on the pointing subsequently and I would thoroughly recommend Gavin and his team. If we had any brickwork left to restore, we would definitely have Precision pointing back!

Gavin and his team are absolute professionals. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. Anyone who needs repointing done sincerely needs to look no further. Gavin is the nicest of guys and his wife Ruby is as professional. He is honest and a great communicator. Gavin and his whole team take great care to do a brilliant job. We were thrilled and delighted with their work. Excellent job Gavin.

Precision Pointing were recommended to me by another builder which seemed a good start. When Gavin came round to see our house I instantly thought this was going to be a job well done. Gavin was courteous and considerate in manner, truthful about the job, and realistic regarding time schedule. Gavin continued to be this way throughout. I was treated nicely and kept informed of dates and progress. Pricing was good value. The team were very hard workers. They took a pride in their work, did a good job and cleared up brilliantly as they went along. Most importantly, like Gavin, they were nice guys. It was a pleasure to have them on our job.
