MacBook Pro died today which was a disaster. I needed to ensure the replacement mirrored my iMac & phone, Time machine backups were linked, all app's the same, etc, etc. Spoke with Dean who kept me calm, filled me with confidence and within about a tenth of the time it would have taken me, had everything done and running sweetly. Great service and a big shout out for Dean ... another 5star experience with Purple :-)
