This company will try to trap you into rolling 12 month contracts. Long story, but they did it to me after I wanted to terminate the contract after the 1st 12 months. They refused to take the machine away as I notified them a week past the original 12 month period. This apparently was to late. They never called or emailed to ask If I wanted to carry on with it. Anyway, it ended up in court as I refused to pay. Fortunately for me they sued my LTD company and not me as a sole trader. The original contract was taken out as a sole trader so it was thrown out by the court! But they then threatened again to chase me as sole trader. We settled out of court for half the 12 month fee. I was stressed out by this point and just wanted the matter to go away forever. Horrible experience. One of the drivers let on that I wasn't the only one. His next stop on one of the visits was to someone who put the machine out on the road abandoned because they refused to stop the rolling contract with them too. Terrible way to do business.
