        Got yelled at asking for a glass of water. Offered knapkins before we were even leaving to clean out table as the children were enjoying their hot chocolates. Not a nice welcome experience shame as we visit lots of Costas my children love baby chinos! Most of Costa houses staff are very fun and happy

        Have been feeling a little uncomfortable here just lately. Have stopped bringing family here now. Used to feel very safe here but lately the back of the Costa shop by the stairs seems to be being used by youths to hang out after school. We have encountered swearing, shouting and an intimidating atmosphere upon entering Costa from the main entry staircase, being met by a rowdy gang of teenagers who do not seem to have bought anything but just gather round the bottom end corner table like a youth club or something. Why is this being allowed to happen? It's such shame as people will stop going there. We stay clear from here now after school closing times and will not bring our own children anymore.
