        Disappointed that only paper cups are being used - I asked for a china mug to drink in but was told that they dont do them due to a decision by the franchise owner. I think this is very poor - other Starbucks cafes are doing them.

        Starbucks Exeter St Davids has phenomenal staff, Callum and Gary are brilliant they always remember my name and drinks orders every morning. Always friendly, chatty and smiling. They are assets to the company!

        Only had 2 minutes before my train. Was served very quickly and drink was good. Visited at 1745.

        Open in early mornings so ideal for people catching early morning trains. Its also big and spacious even by the counter so no problem if you have big suitcases. Good service and staff friendly, and food and coffee usual top Starbucks standard. Plenty of tables too so you can sit in if you like
