writing this one on request after some consultations i agree with the other posts here Anthony was amazing so five* for him lovely honest bloke but everything let down by the others

needed clarification of a few things. as a lot of conflicting info about. i spoke with antony on the phone who has all the knowledge of his craft and was very obliging in every way. this is the person to see for accurate information. i was told incorrect things by a tradesperson i met before. but this friendly expert put things clear. he told me there was a lot of misunderstanding out there, mostly because people don't read his published work. communication was hindered a bit because of time differences which i guess can't be helped. purchasing procedure a little lengthy but professional.

good experience overall. a team of helpful people, friendly designers. as much as possible discussed before purchase. honest with unit's capabilities. called to follow up. introduced quality tempering machine. need windows. test prints work well.

Not happy at all purchased this to go along side My other business stuff and its take 1 hour to do 1 small piece of 3D chocolate (2x2), Ive complained and asked for my money back and for them to pick it up and Ive had nothing back Would stay away from this totally
