Gone very down hill. Young male member of staff very rude also. Feel as though you are being watched the whole time and prices are ridiculous.

What a wonderful service from the Salvation Army van driver! Collected all my furniture, apart from my bed, which wasn't resaleable due to wear. Totally understandable, as explained to me, it would have cost the charity a lot more to dispose of than me personally. Other than that a faultless service from such a kind and helpful gent!

Wish I could give no stars! I had a very disappointing experience with the Salvation Army Exeter furniture pick-up team. I had a lovely leather sofa, which is still in excellent condition. The pick-up team member decided that the strings were broken and it wasnt good enough to get sold in the shop! Compared to what is on display in the shop, what I offered them for free, was an amazing piece! Btw, he collected two bags of bits and pieces without even looking at them. That explained the situation. Too lazy to do his job!

Lovely furniture shop, so reasonable. I want to mention the lovely James, the assistant. He was just so friendly and helpful! He is an asset to the store!

Big charity shop selling most things, including clothes and furniture. There is parking around the back so it is very convenient to drop off donations. I was a little surprised at some of the prices, but it's for a good cause. Obviously stock varies depending on donations.
