Pricey, but generally good service. Noticed a much bigger push on the upsell this time though since the new owners. Although upselling isnt wrong makes me wonder how much work if all work is necessary.

DO NOT USE!!! Ive only ever done one google review before - so thats saying something.. After being a BMW owner for 3 years Vertus customer service is horrendous now that branch has changed from Westerly. I now very much doubt my next car will be a BMW after this! I had my car booked in for service and recall part change with a courtesy car, which I had to book a month and 1/2 ahead to get. I arrived only to find out that because Im 20 I cant drive the courtesy car. No mention of this on the phone. Not too much of problem, understandable mistake. I have a motor traders policy myself that covers the car and they made a right fath about accepting it. So much so I had to get the insurance company on the phone with the BMW service advisor to talk to them. I then hear the service advisor and supervisor (I believe)giving the poor insurer a grilling. For those that dont know a motor traders policy is a pretty standard thing in this industry. Though there was a very helpful chap that was also a service advisor also who was silenced when trying to help out. currently sat in the waiting room waiting an hour and half after arriving waiting for them to decide if theyll accept this insurance even with them having a copy of the certificate.Feeling very let down by this service that I pay a premium for.
