The first and last thing that needs to be said is how amazing Heidi is at making cakes. Wed encourage everyone to get some samples, which will speak for themselves. There was such a variety, giving us so many options to work with. What I didnt realise until our consultation meeting was what a fabulous artist Heidi is, managing to synthesize our thoughts and ideas into a coherent and beautiful design that was exactly on-theme in both colouring and decoration. I honestly didnt appreciate how visually stunning our cake would be until I saw it in person!!!! We had a buzz of anticipation surrounding it all afternoon!! Many of our guests commented I dont normally like wedding cake but THIS cake is AMAZING! whilst stuffing more into their faces! In terms of service, Heidi was very professional and communicated well with us during planning. When it came to delivery on the day I hadnt realised shed been and gone, the cake just kind of appeared!! Heidi managed multiple allergies very carefully, ensuring a safe environment for all our guests. Our cake tasted and looked amazing, and provided a wonderful focal point for our evenings celebrations. Thank you so much Heidi!!!! Heidi created the most beautiful and tasty wedding cake for our wedding on 24 April 2022. At our wedding cake tasting my partner and I fell in love with the peanut butter and jelly option, which was really awesome on the day as well (with a lemon middle tier for those who wanted another option). Heidi also worked with us to create an amazing design - really really beautiful. The cake was also freezer friendly - so the leftovers didn't go to waste - they went to my waist instead! And then there were the lemon cupcakes for people with allergies. Lemon cupcakes to dream for..... Blossom and Bee vegan Bakehouse is 100% the best cakes you are ever going to have in your life! Heidi is an exceptionally talented baker and a cake artist extraordinaire! Heidi created our wonderful wedding cake, she totally understood our style and what we wanted. Not only was the cake a marvellous piece of art work but it tasted incredible. Honestly we have never had anything that tasted that great. Our guests all commented on the taste and were blown away by the look of the cake. Heidi also made us some vegan and gluten-free cupcakes for one of our guests and they were great as well. Heidi is a lovely, charming and professional business owner, we felt comfortable to ask her anything. She really took the time to understand us and what we wanted and needed for our wedding cake! Heidi is the nicest online vendor Ive ever interacted with, we never spoke over the phone, only via emails. And Heidi was so sweet, responsive, made this beautiful cake, and delivered it herself. I wish I could give her 10 stars, she wowed me, and Ill recommend her a 100 times.
