Neal's Yard Remedies

5 stars as I love Neals Yard products, as does my mother-in-law and friends. I buy a lot. I recently bought a lot of products online - I spent around 200. One of the products I bought was a Maya diffuser, it's really good but I had a question about the running time. It doesn't seem to shut off after the 4 hours - which can be set. It doesn't seem to affect it, the water chamber isn't empty so perhaps it just does this, except I couldn't see it in the manual. So, I popped in to the Exeter store on the 27th April (in the afternoon) as I was around that area. I approached one of the staff and politely asked her advice. I felt she was totally dismissive of me and her tone was short and flat. She was really unhelpful and didn't even try. I was quite appalled by this manner as all the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I work in retail and couldn't imagine being as she was. I'd have thought that as she works at Neals Yard, and sells the diffusers, she'd have some idea as to how they work and what doesn't seem right. It was a really disappointing experience and it left me feeling embarrassed as I left the store. May I take this opportunity to say that my past experience of Neals Yard has always been a positive one, and I will continue to buy their products, yet sadly I won't revisit this store.

Amazing products, such high quality and beautiful range of ingredients and scents. Customer service is great, will help with anything you need or just allow you to browse. Very knowledgable workers there. Overall great experience in the shop.
