Don't waste your time and money. It no longer exists. I booked the appointment for 14 December at 11, arrived at the address given, looked round and round until the ladies at the pharmacy told me they didn't think she worked there anymore. I went upstairs to the small rooms and nobody there. I called the number on the website and it was invalid.

After having a shocking first set of eyebrows done in Bristol which turned pink and a top up which made me look like I had 4 Eyebrows I found Michelle. What a lovely lady. Extremely professional, was made to feel comfortable immediately in her presence. She showed me which has would be the best shape and colour but also gave me the option of any changes. Unlike the other company (no one chooses 4 eyebrows). Anyway the whole process from beginning to end with Michelle more like a friend than someone I'd only just met. Really pleased with the results. I no longer have a quad brow as that is such a thing now and have lovely shaped and colour brows that get my lots of compliments. Thanks Michelle. Emma xxxx

Michelle did some magic with my eyebrows which now look absolutely great. She is lovely, easy going and very flexible whilst being very professional. I would definitely recommend her services and no doubt I will be back for more!

If you ever have any doubts about having permanent makeup dont! Michele is a very professional and charming lady who made me feel completely relaxed about the whole procedure. She explained what I could expect from the treatment and we discussed the colour and shape that would suit my face and complexion. It is wonderful to wake up and see two perfectly matching eyebrows framing my face!!

My eyebrows have been transformed, whilst still remaining to look natural they add such shape to my face. After my recent colour top up I'm happier than ever with the work Michelle has completed, very professional and I'm always made to feel more than comfortable during the treatments. If you're looking for natural looking permanent makeup then the Beauty Artist definitely comes highly recommended from me.
