Booked an appointment a few weeks in advance for a wax. Showed up on the day and the salon had a different name/signs but was certain it was ambience beauty as I checked the Google maps viewpoint etc. Salon was closed even though the opening times on the door said they should be open. Tried calling the salon and no one answered so left a message asking if I was in the right place and what time my appointment was. Gave up after half an hour, called again later and left another message to make sure my appointment was cancelled. Never got a call back from them and no time to book another appointment anywhere else as was going away on holiday shortly after.
