You are offered a nice hot drink or water and a selection of magazines if you are waiting.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, particularly my stylist Claire.

Majority of the time I've been in to see Karen to cut my hair back short and tidied up before I go compete or just keep me cool during summer. They have also had the fun of cutting off my dreadlocks and sorting out the mats from that so I still had a fair length of hair left.
The team will listen to everything you want done from the haircut and you'll never feel sneered at for it
The team is always friendly and gives me more respect than I probably deserve, honestly they are worth a trip in to see for haircutting needs.
Lastly, a major plus is that I find getting haircuts and being in Exeter city centre a bit overwhelming with sound (joys of ADHD) the team have been really supportive to accommodate this for me as they know I find it a struggle. Major kudos for that :)
