Went to Hubbox last night, Tuesday, we didn't book but they had plenty of space upstairs but only using QR codes to order, not a problem. The problems started when I noticed after ordering a table of 10 looking at the kitchen every couple of minutes and half way through their drinks. Our drinks come, thank god I over ordered. An hour later our food arrives. But not our daughters. Apparently not on the order even though it was on mine. But because of the wait they brought free drinks. That I couldn't drink. Burgers were cold and soggy. Fries were burnt. Oh and the whole time take away orders were flying out the kitchen. But of a slap in the face as customers wait so long. Won't bother again.

Never tried Hubbox before. Staff were friendly, the service was quick and the food was great. Really accommodating for us with our little one, could ask for more. Kid-friendliness: Had plenty of high chairs and they had baby changing facilities.

This has to have the best burgers in Exeter, pretty amazing sweet potato fries & lots of choice for vegans. I have been here on many occasions including my birthday & never disappointed, nice atmosphere & also a retractable roof on the terrace which suits our weather here. Some nights there is live music too, I would recommend everyone should try this place.
