Staff have no interest in helping All they want are to chase you out so that they don't have to do anything. I want to open an account, went to the branch for 4 times and it still can't be done. Staff told me they have to cancel my application and the only way to fix it is to apply again. Ridiculous. Waste my time and effort. When I went to hsbc, it had much better service, staffs were nice and helpful. Highly recommend everyone to use hsbc instead of Lloyd.

I have never known such friendly helpful staff and didn't wait long on many occasions especially after a bereavement Very impressed will eventually move my accounts to Lloyds
