        Went into the branch to get out joint account all set up. We were helped by Rumana, who was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place on her service alone

        With physical difficulties I managed to get into Exeter branch for a 9.30 apt today (Weds 19th) to find they don't open till 10am and the person I had the apt with doesn't work on a Wednesday!! And now I'm waiting for a call from Clare, at the Branch, who promised to ring after 3pm to confirm another appointment...I assume they close at 5 so presume I won't be hearing from her?!

        Just drove an hour to make some account changes (local branch is never open) only to be told you have to book an appointment to do basically anything and there are no appointments available. Staff were rude.

        WORST BANK EVER They blocking and suspending account for stupid reasons and make you walk to the bank to unlock it, so you need to basically beg to be able to use YOUR MONEY!
