Ive been trying to contact Dickens showrooms for over a month. Originally, we had had an excellent experience with purchase and installation however when the washing machine I purchased from them broke prematurely, I contacted them to request repair as these services are advertised. Since early December, I have left multiple voicemails and messages. On several occasions I have been told I would be told that it would be looked into as a matter of priority the next day and when that didnt come into fruition, I was told a call out would be arranged when staff were back in on the 5th January. It is now the 10th January and Ive still not heard anything from the company, I simply want my washing machine looked at and fixed if possible Services: Household appliance installation, Washing machine repair
