        Lovely little church tucked away in the shadow of the cathedral. The church is older than the cathedral and is maintained by the churches conservation trust. It is well worth a visit.

        What do you do with an empty little church dedicated to beggars? A church older than the Cathedral it's front door looks out upon? This unassuming building holds love between its walls.Dr St Martin's Church was founded by Martin of Tours from Burgandy who evidently cut his shoulder cape in half and placed it around a shivering beggar.
