I want to thank with all my heart a paramedic called Chris who came to my assistance on Christmas Eve. He was off duty and travelling to Bristol for Christmas but came to my aid in WH Smith's in MOTO services. I was was so lucky that he was there. If he had not I would have been in deadly serious trouble. I am writing this from my bed as I recover. I am not out of the woods yet..Please help me to contact him personally.

Great service. I've had to call them twice this week for my mum and they have arrived within 30 mins each time. The paramedics were very thorough and explained everything they were doing clearly. I honestly cannot fault them. Thankyou.

We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to 3 young men - Sam Neil and Nathan - who have just left after making sure my husband was comfortable plus arranging for a GP to call and people to assess a Care package. They were so caring and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Also wed like to thank everyone involved for their input. ( Call handlers, receptionists and organisations. )
