I Would like to thank the team who undertook the transfer of Shirley Yesterday. Their professionalism and Kindness stood out and they made the difficult journey as pleasent as possible. If only other organisations offered the same degree of care the world would be a far better place.

First class. Really lovely people looked after Peter, made him comfortable, taking him to the hospital. Thank you all involved, from the person taking the initial call to the ambulance men and RDE hospital. Well done NHS

First Care Ambulance transported my 96 year old mum from a care home in Suffolk to one in North Devon today. They were bang on time both ends of the journey, and they were caring, professional, and took all the stress out of day for us both. They let me know as soon as they arrived and put her on the phone too. My mum said they were lovely. Diana who coordinated it all literally made magic happen when we needed to cancel and then rebook due to Covid rearing its head. I cannot rate this service highly enough. 10 stars!

First Care Ambulance transported my grandmother from Derriford hospital back to Yorkshire a few weeks ago. I cannot thank them enough for the care they provided from start to finish. They were compassionate, professional and clearly care about the patients they transport. Staff followed procedures with PPE and hygiene to a high standard which is reassuring. I would highly recommend First Care and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you

Saw a gentlemen in one of your ambulances spend around 5 minutes picking his nose and putting his hands in his mouth while wearing "protective" gloves. Which goes directly against the advice the general public are being told to follow when wearing gloves and masks in order to prevent cross contamination. Pandemic or not this was a disgusting thing to watch.
